Terms and Conditions

1. Service Frequency & Commitment
Customers may choose between a one-off clean or a regular 6-weekly service.
One-off cleans are charged at 3x the 6-weekly rate.
Regular customers benefit from a reduced rate, with the first clean charged at 1.5x the regular price due to the additional time and materials required.
While there is no contractual tie-in, we encourage regular customers to commit to at least three cleans to experience the full benefits of our service.
Repeated cancellations or failure to continue with the agreed schedule may result in removal from our service list.
2. Access Requirements
Customers will receive a text message reminder the evening before their clean is due.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that gates are left unlocked and access is available.
If access is restricted and we are unable to carry out the clean, the full charge will still apply.
3. Weather Conditions
We clean in all weather conditions, including rain, unless it is deemed unsafe (e.g. high winds or icy surfaces).
Rain does not affect the quality of the clean due to our use of pure water technology.
4. Payments & Direct Debit
All regular customers are required to set up a GoCardless Direct Debit prior to their first clean.
If a Direct Debit is cancelled, we will remove the customer from the round and their windows will no longer be cleaned.
If a payment fails or the mandate is cancelled before payment is collected, the customer will be invoiced separately.
5. Cancellations
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel a scheduled clean.
Cancellations with less notice, or repeated last-minute cancellations, may result in removal from our service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not happy with the result, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
7. Liability
We take care around your property but accept no responsibility for damage to items such as unsecured fixtures, flower beds, or delicate surfaces.
We do not walk on roof tiles and avoid ladders where possible, though they may be used where necessary for access.
8. Scope of Work
Our standard service includes external cleaning of windows, frames, sills, and doors.
All work is carried out using pure water and a water-fed pole system.
Chemicals may be used during initial cleans to remove heavy grime or staining where required.
We try to avoid the use of ladders, but may use them when necessary for safe access (e.g. flat roofs).
We do not offer builders cleans or post-construction window cleaning.
We are unable to remove paint, render, adhesive, cement, or any other construction residue. Customers requiring this should seek a specialist cleaning contractor.
9. Additional Services
Gutter, fascia, and soffit cleaning are separate services and are subject to separate terms and conditions.
10. Property Type & Eligibility
We clean residential properties up to 3 storeys high.
We may accept small commercial jobs at our discretion.
